IN BETWEEN

'It is 4:00 in the morning and I'm still awake. Should I do something to make myself tired? The problem is, my body feels already tired. I want to get up but I can’t. My bones hurt and my head feels heavier than ever. In the meantime, a transparent liquid ink is spreading into my room. I can see my bed and favourite pillowcases which means that I'm awake... am I?
The ink surrounds me and it is
slowly streaming into my ears. It feels like being under water, yet I still see my room... and there is a small plastic spoon. Actually, there are thousands of plastic spoons. DELIRIUM: PUBLICATION

Delirium
introduces a female acrobat who has to distinguish reality from a complex combination of insomnia and daydreaming.
When overloaded mind merges with extensive
daydreaming, it leads to somnipathy. Some sleep disorders are serious enough to interfere with physical, mental and emotional functioning. Perceptual deficits, altered sleep-wake cycle and psychotic features are often linked to a disease process outside the brain, and therefore, are the main symptoms of delirium which is commonly associated with a disturbance of consciousness.
